Auditions for “The Friendly Hour” will be held at the Capitol Theatre, 415 S Main St., January 21st at 4:00pm & 22nd at 8:00pm.
SYNOPSIS: In 1934, a group of women in rural South Dakota started gathering each month for “The Friendly Hour.” This poignant comedy tells their stories entirely through transcripts of the meeting minutes, spanning seven decades. A thoroughly American story of farm life and lifelong friendships, set in the South Dakota prairie.
Age Range: Able to play 20s to 90s
